Deposit & Payment

 

A deposit of £10.00 per person is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation. Cancellation within 24hours of stay will be charged at full rate.

Full payment is required on arrival. Payment can be made by cash or cheque for which a credit card garuntee is required. Cheques to be made payable to Roker View Guest House.


Arrivals & Departures

 

Guests are expected to arrive after 12.00noon at start of stay. Time of arrival will be confirmed at time of booking so that arrangements can be made for collection of keys. Departure by 10.30am please at end of stay.
 

Damages

 

All damages must be reported to proprietors and paid for in full.
 

Late Return

 

Front door and room keys are provided for guest's convenience and with no restriction on time of return. Guests are however asked to be respectful of other residents and keep noise down if returning after 11pm.
